MLEIA2025041 - Scoping Opinion D3

Belfast Harbour Commissioners (the Applicant), are developing a multipurpose facility at the D3 berth located within Belfast Harbour Estate on the County Down side of Victoria Channel, directly opposite Victoria Terminal 4. 
A scoping request was submitted to DAERA Marine Licensing in respect of proposed applications to vary extant marine licences to facilitate the completion of the approved D3 cruise terminal by extending the life of the marine licences by two years until September 2027.
