    This licence is a variation of Marine Licence (ML2025023) which is to facilitate the testing of marine renewable energy technologies (and their sub-systems) in relevant field conditions.

      The Marine Licence is to cover two Crown Estate leased sites in Ballyhenry Bay, Strangford Narrow (Lat: 54° 22.847'N; Long: 05° 33.352'W WGS 84) henceforth known as the 'QML Tidal Test Site' and Marfield Bay, Strangford Lough (Lat: 54° 24.253'N WGS 84; Long: 05° 34.760'W WGS 84) henceforth known as the 'QML Scaled Wave Site'.
