Northern Ireland Environment Agency review of wildlife licensing policy

A report that sets out the policies and procedures that govern the Department’s issuing of licences under the Wildlife (Northern Ireland) Order 1985 (as amended) and the Conservation (Natural Habitats, etc) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1995 (as amended). It updates the original licensing policy document which was prepared in 2000.
