Vocational training & Information Actions (2007-13)
This Scheme is delivered under Measure 111 of the Northern Ireland Rural Development Programme. For the period 1.1.2015 to 31.12.2015 Vocational training & Information Actions will be funded by additional national financing and therefore constitutes a State aid within the meaning of Article 107(1) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. All State aid paid will comply with Article 21 of Regulation (EU) 702/2014 as published in the Official Journal of the EU on 1.7.2014 [OJEU L 193 pages 1-75].
A modification to the RDP Programme Document has been agreed with the European Commission to this effect.
