A Mid Term Evaluation of the 2007 - 2013 Northern Ireland Rural Development Programme was published during November 2010. In line with a recommendation of this evaluation an update report was commissioned and undertaken by independent evaluators - Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency (NISRA).
During 2010, a mid-term evaluation was completed on the RDP by
NISRA. However, whilst this mid-term evaluation took place at the
mid-point of the programming period, it was at an early stage in terms
of the Programme’s spending period as the Programme was not at the
mid-point of implementation. This current report provides an update to the 2010 mid term evaluation.
