Northern Ireland Rural Development Programme (NIRDP) 2007 - 2013 Mid-term evaluation update

During 2010, a mid-term evaluation was completed on the RDP byNISRA. However, whilst this mid-term evaluation took place at themid-point of the programming period, it was at an early stage in termsof the Programme’s spending period as the Programme was not at themid-point of implementation. This current report provides an update to the 2010 mid term evaluation.
A Mid Term Evaluation of the 2007 - 2013 Northern Ireland Rural Development Programme was published during November 2010. In line with a recommendation of this evaluation an update report was commissioned and undertaken by independent evaluators - Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency (NISRA).
