Pets declaration for events in Northern Ireland

This declaration is required when more than 5 pet dogs, cats or ferrets are travelling with a single pet owner or authorised person to attend a competition, show or sporting event or training for such an event and wish to travel under the rules of the EU pet travel scheme.
