The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs has published a summary of responses to the 2024 Review of the List of Bodies and Persons set out in the Schedule to the Rural Needs Act (Northern Ireland) 2016.
The summary sets out the responses received to the public consultation, which took place from 22 July 2024 to 13 September 2024. The consultation sought views on the list of bodies and persons set out in the Schedule to the Rural Needs Act (Northern Ireland) 2016.
The responses will help inform the Department’s review of the Schedule and any further steps required under the Act.
