A simulation model to support a study of test and vaccinate or remove (TVR) in Northern Ireland

The primary purpose of the model was to provide evidence to DARD to assist in the design of a badger intervention research study, specifically in relation to comparing a TVR strategy of badger vaccination of test negative individuals, and removal of test positive individuals, against business as usual, with the goal of reducing the rates of TB in Northern Ireland cattle herds.
