Upcoming Questionnaire Notification

The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) intends to issue a questionnaire in mid-July to understand how agri-food businesses are intending to: (1) move goods from Great Britain to Northern Ireland from 01 October 2023; and (2) respond to Phase 1 'not for EU' shelf, box and product level labelling requirements, and the cost and wider operational impacts of these requirements.
