Training on the Rural Needs Act (NI) 2016 is available for Rural Needs Co-ordinators and their deputies in the form of a 1 day classroom based training course delivered by DAERA. This is an intensive training course covering the background to the Rural Needs Act (NI) 2016, the duties of Public Authorities under the Act, undertaking a Rural Needs Impact Assessment, completing an RNIA Template and monitoring and reporting.
