The purpose of this consultation is to invite views on the proposed changes to the Environmental Impact Assessment (Agriculture) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007.
We welcome your views on our proposals and seek responses to the questions we have asked.
The consultation will run until the 19th of June 2017. Please note that for Postal responses the closing time is 16:00 and for electronic responses the closing time is 23:59 on the 19th of June 2017.
