    Forest service, an agency of the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural affairs has provided an opinion on the following project in respect of the Environmental Impact assessment (Forestry) regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006 (as amended)

    Project Type - New Forest Road

    Location - Creeve Hill/ Glenhill, Glenwherry Co. Antrim

    Area - 0.55 hectares and 0.2 hectares

    Project description - Building of new forest roads

    Opinion - Not Relevant. This project is unlikely to have a significant effect on the environment. No cultural or biodiversity features will be affected by this project. the department does not propose to prepare an environmental statement.
