    Opinion - not relevant. This project is unlikely to have a significant effect on the environment. Important biodiversity or cultural features will not be affected by this small scale project. Therefore the Department does not propose to prepare an environmental statement.

    Any person wishing to make representations on the likely environmental effects of the above project may do so in writing by 23 September 2018.
