ML2026023 - Installation of Mooring for Tern Raft

• Project Description: Installation of Tern rafts to support Tern Recovery in Strangford Lough and the Outer Ards.
  
  The rafts will be removed over winter (to avoid potential loss of damage outside of breeding season and to allow for maintenance) and also not to interfere with known yachting/boating mooring locations and routes and further away from public viewing to minimise disturbance.
  
  In order for this to benefit the Terns this season we would want to install the raft before May 2026 to catch the second laying.
