    An Emergency Authorisation has been issued by the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) as the Competent Authority for Northern Ireland under Regulation (EC) 1107/2009 for the use of Reglone, containing the active substance diquat, for use in Northern Ireland, only as a desiccant on potato haulm.

    This Emergency Authorisation, for the specific use set out in the notice, ends:

    (a) 6 December 2021 for placing on the market and use

    (b) 6 January 2022 for storage and disposal of stocks
