Export certification for breeding or fattening (non-slaughter) sheep & goats to EU Member States via an EU approved export assembly centre (including special sheep sales)

Exports to Ireland of animals for breeding and production (including fattening) are suspended indefinitely

Exports for breeding & production to other EU member States MAY be possible if the Member State is not BTV Free and allows derogations from BTV requirements. Published derogations can be viewed here Bluetongue - Food Safety - European Commission Please check well in advance of the export and if unsure check with us by e-mailing daeratradeexports@daera-ni.gov.uk

Advice regarding completion of the EHC for Member States with available derogations will be provided to the certifying vet on a case-by-case basis.
