The Pollution Prevention and Control (Industrial Emissions) Charging Scheme (Northern Ireland) 2015

A Charging Scheme made under Regulation 25 of The Pollution Prevention and Control (Industrial Emissions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2013 in respect of permits granted under those Regulations. And shall come into operation on 1 April 2015.
