    Documentation to apply for registration as Professional Operators.

    Businesses dealing in wood products including wood packaging material and importers of used machinery can register using the "Application for Registration for Professional Operators Forestry Wood and Bark Products & Used Machinery" form below.

    Businesses dealing in Horticulture products can register under the plant health regulations using the "PH1 form for registration of Horticulture Professional Operators" form below, or by contacting phhort@daera-ni.gov.uk.Business involved in the production or importation of regulated Crops can register under the plant health regulations by contacting their local inspectors or emailing phcrops@daera-ni.gov.uk.

    Businesses only need to apply for registration once. 

    Please choose the area that suits your business best, even if you deal with multiple categories of plant health regulated items.
