    Regulations in relation to anchoring, mooring and diving in Strangford Lough

    Anchoring, mooring and diving are prohibited within the Strangford Lough restricted area. Conditions of this prohibition are outlined in the Strangford Lough Regulation of Anchoring, Mooring and Diving Byelaws 2012. Permits can be granted by the Department to allow these activities to commence in limited circumstances. To apply for a permit please fill out the appropiate form below and return to Marine.Conservation@daera-ni.gov.uk.
