West Tyrone Forestry Planning Area Consultation Summary Report

A scoping consultation was initiated via the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) website on 27 June 2019 and ended on 27 September 2019. The purpose of the consultation was to ask people and organisations to help inform the development of a new forestry plan for the West Tyrone Planning Area. The consultation was designed to reflect the wide ranging social, environmental and economic aspects of forestry in a way that would be both of interest to stakeholders, and, relevant to forestry planning.
