    DAERA Online Services, such as Nifais, APHIS, Single Application and Map Service have been designed to help farmers reduce many of the paper based transactions required by DAERA and are free, easy to use, available 24/7, safe and secure. The Online Services also help farmers comply with legislation, reduce potential errors and give farmers access to detailed information about their business and animals.

    Before you start

    DAERA need to be sure that your privacy is being protected and your data is secure. DAERA need to know it’s you (not someone pretending to be you), in order to ensure your information is safe. You must therefore apply for authorisation and verify your identity before any information can be accessed on your DAERA online services. Once you have applied for access, it is your responsibility to keep your DAERA Online Services account details safe and secure.

    To access DAERA Online Services you can choose to register/log in with nidirect or Government Gateway.

    NIFAIS Online

    NIFAIS, the Northern Ireland Food Animal Information System, will be a new flexible and innovative IT system that supports efficient and effective delivery of current and future food animal information services. NIFAIS will replace the current legacy, Animal and Public Health Information System (APHIS).
