    • Angling and Commercial Fishing (Inland Fisheries),
    • Fisheries in County Tyrone

Lough Bradan is well stocked with free rising brown trout, at times there are good falls of terrestrial insects blown onto the lake from the surrounding vegetation particularly Daddy long legs and red ant during August. Bait fishing is more rewarding during the early season. This is a public water supply and care should be taken to prevent pollution.

See Loughs Agency for further information

The presence of Zebra Mussels is still preventing the stocking of fish from Movanagher Fish Farm. For more information, please visit Zebra Mussels and impact on fish stocking in the Public Angling Estate.
