    Under Regulation 33, Public registers of information, historic paper copy registers are maintained in the Klondyke Building and in district council offices for all processes in the district council area. The registers contain useful environmental information about the processes (including copies of the authorisation). The Department are at present undertaking a project to convert historic documents to digital versions and making them available via the web on our on line Public Register.

    The Northern Ireland Environment Agency Public Register is open between 9.30am and 12.30pm and between 2.00pm and 3.30pm at:

    The Department are uploading current and historic documentation to the on line register. If documentation you are searching for is not available please contact the email address above so we can advise if the information is available and where in the upload process the information is.

    Contact your local council to view the historic public register.

    Site inspection reports are available four months after inspection date as per regulation 26.8(c) on request from the Inspectorate.
