Process Guidance Note 3/01(12): This note applies to the whole of the UK. It is issued by the Secretary of State, the Welsh Assembly Government, the Scottish Government and the former Department of the Environment in Northern Ireland (DoENI), to give guidance on the conditions appropriate for the control of emissions into the air from blending, packing, loading, unloading and use of bulk cement.
