From 1 June, DAERA is introducing a more streamlined phone service for Grants and Funding calls such as queries about your payment schemes or to talk to Orchard House staff. Your usual number stays the same (0300 200 7848) - but you’ll now get through to the right adviser more quickly. Simple menus. No double‑handling. Faster answers.
