Better Choices Better Water: Information, inspiration and support at your fingertips

If you'd like to learn more about water quality in Northern Ireland, DAERA's Better Choices Better Water hub brings together a range of information and resources in one place.
The hub includes guidance on reporting water pollution, maintaining septic tanks, tackling household misconnections, understanding local water quality issues and finding practical ways to help improve and protect the water around us. It also provides access to local success stories, support programmes and water quality data.
A recent addition is the Lough Neagh Water Quality Dashboard, which allows users to view near real-time water quality data for the lough. You can access it through the Water Quality Matters page.
