Project Description: The proposed works comprises essential remedial works to the existing slipway to ensure the continued safe and practical use of the slipway. The proposed works involve breaking out previous repairs (concrete patches) on the existing slipway surfacing; deepening and extending the slipway toe by installing a new toe beam; installing a new concrete sub-base (within the extended portion only) and installing reclaimed basalt stones to match existing; and remedial works including re-pointing of the exiting masonry walls.
