Applications have been made by Dalradian Gold Ltd to the NIEA, an Agency of the Department of Agriculture, Environment & Rural Affairs, for authorisation under the Water Abstraction and Impoundment (Licensing) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006.

The Applicant has applied for two (listed below) abstraction and impoundment licences at the proposed Curraghinalt Mine, adjacent to 80 Mullydoo Road, Greencastle, County Tyrone, BT79 7QP (E258418, N383902). by Dalradian Gold Ltd on the 26^th July 2024.
