What the legislation says

The full wording of the paragraph 12 simple exemption can be found in the Waste Management Licensing (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016. 

Please note that you will need to demonstrate that the site has, and is, operated in accordance with planning permission where such planning permission is required.  In practice this means you must submit a copy of your planning permission or if planning permission is not required, written confirmation from the council that this is not required.
