    The Northern Ireland Retail Movement Scheme (NIRMS) replaces the existing Scheme for Temporary Agrifood Movements into Northern Ireland (STAMNI) from the 1 October 2023.

    This page provides links to the advice and guidance needed to move prepacked agri- food retail goods from Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) into Northern Ireland.
