    Recognising the transition and level of transformational change required across all actors in the retail supply chain, from 01 October 2023, DAERA are committed to working collaboratively with all stakeholders providing the guidance and support necessary to ensure the compliant movement of retail goods.

    Traders will be expected to demonstrate a continuous improvement in their compliance performance and will be required to move towards full compliance by 01 January 2024, in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the NI Retail Movement Scheme.
