NI Plant Health Label Scheme (NIPHL) Compliance Protocol

Recognising the transition to the new arrangement under the NIPHL scheme, DAERA are committed to working collaboratively with all stakeholders involved in the movement of plants for planting and Used Agricultural and Forestry Machinery (UAFM) from 1 October 2023, providing the guidance and support necessary to ensure the compliant movement of NIPHL goods.

Windsor Framework SPS Compliance Protocol NI - NIPHL - document cover Traders will be expected to demonstrate a continuous improvement in their compliance performance and will be required to move towards full compliance by 1 January 2024, when operational procedures must be in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the NIPHL Scheme.
